1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ReportsForge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
2. Service Description
ReportsForge is a SaaS platform that transforms CSV exports from payment and e-commerce providers into professional PDF reports. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Payment & Billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period.
5. Data & Uploads
You retain ownership of all data you upload. We process uploaded files solely to generate your reports and do not retain raw CSV data beyond the processing window.
6. Limitation of Liability
ReportsForge is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
