What file formats does ReportsForge support?
We currently support CSV exports from Stripe (balance transactions, payouts, billing) and Shopify (orders, inventory). More providers are on the roadmap.
How secure is my data?
All uploads are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. CSV files are processed transiently and are not retained after your report is generated.
What is the difference between Starter and Pro?
Starter ($19/mo) includes up to 10 report exports per month with standard PDF reports. Pro ($49/mo) offers unlimited exports, priority processing, and advanced analytics features.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime from your dashboard. You will retain access through the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment if you are not satisfied with the service. Contact support@reportsforge.com.
